Your first app
Start with a small need, then shape the result by using it.
Begin with something you already do. A good first app has a short list of fields and a clear purpose.
Ask for a reading tracker
Start an agent conversation in Mallea:
Build me a reading tracker with a title, author, and status. Let me add books, mark them as reading, and finish them. Keep the data between sessions.
An agent can use Mallea's app-authoring tools to create, install, and open an app in your workspace. Its result depends on the runtime, its permissions, and the request.
Use it before refining it
Add a few books. Mark one as finished. Notice what you reach for and what you ignore.
Then ask for a specific change:
Keep finished books in a collapsed section. I mostly want to see what I'm reading now.
Specific requests make changes easier to assess. Keep each iteration small enough to see whether it helped.
Check the result
Confirm that your existing books are still present, new entries save correctly, and actions do what their labels promise. A successful agent response is not the same as a verified app.
Keep going
Ask for a filter, a progress field, or a different arrangement. The goal is a tool that fits the task you have, with room to change as you learn.
